Another Good Month?:

Mayhaps at least?

Currently I'm at least standing in a decent spot. Much better than I did in previous months, especially at the way this year started. To the public, I'm about 2-3 months worth of pages ahead and about 1 month ahead for Patreon members in terms of buffer pages. So that at least is a good starting progress. Of course, as I was setting up the next section of pages, I came to the inevitable conclusion that this chapter was/is most definitely going to exceed the 50 pages count I had initially estimated. I'm not surprised but I do hope it makes the story that much better. The reason for this ended up being to slight changes in terms of flow and a few things I had neglected to cover and/or clarify within the thumbnails I initially did up. That's alright though. Personally, the new things should make it a wee bit better and the core of this chapter is still present anyway.

That being said, I am still working on covering the Mail Club finances for this month as well, but if all goes well, I think it should be pretty good by the end of this week. I did have some commissions come in for June as I had opened slots at the end of May, so that helped to jump start the funds necessary at least. One more little push in that area and it should be all good.

In other news, I had to lay down methods for ridding slugs from my vegetable garden. I noticed, that once again, my bok choy, lemon balm, carrots, and even the marigolds were being eaten. I had this issue this last year too and they had completely destroyed majority of my garden and many of the crops struggled for it. Thus, I'm taking some serious measures to protect things better and hopefully prevent this from happening for another round too. The other pets appear to be doing pretty well as of late. No major issues at least.

As I go forward, I do hope for another good and productive month. I do feel I've settled on my timing better now and if this keeps working out as I feel it should, things should be improving and I should be a bit more stable as time goes on.
